6D Embroidery Software Event

Sewing Machine Warehouse is hosting a 6D Embroidery System Software event. Special guest is Cheryl Bryant who is the training manager of Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking Australia.

This event is for:

Anyone with any brand of embroidery machine, Owners of older or other brands of embroidery software, also if you are inquisitive to see the changes and new features of this modern software.

The cost is $10.00, lunch and refreshments provided.

Emporio Armani Spring Summer 2014

 

We are inspired by the use of applique in the garments.  This is a technique we all can do on our sewing machines. We love the use of a touch of flora on the blazer, its a perfect blend of masculine and feminine. Creative.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What we cooked today

We are not shy to try new combinations of food, so we decided to try a pasta dish by Curtis Stone we found on www.taste.com.au with kale,chickpeas and dates. It was super easy and quick to make, and for someone who isn't a fan of chickpeas (Kate), it was fantastic!!! We will be adding this one to our mid-week favourites.

Embroidery on the Pfaff Creative Sensation

After 6D Professional Software training, we decided to stitch out one of the designs we 'put together' in the software.  On the pink colour we tried out some 'Puffy Foam' which gave the design a different dimension. Margaret will be making the sample into a cushion later.
